GPG offer both buyers and sellers incentives to help with their Real Estate Goals:
Buyers:
1 Year Blanket Home Warranty- Perfect for first time (or veteran home buyers) that want a little extra assurance their property and its appliances will maintain their quality up to a year after home purchase.
Terms & Conditions: Subject to the terms and limitations set out in the Blanket Warranty Policy. To qualify for the FREE 1 year warranty, the client must use our preferred mortgage partners for their mortgage needs or preferred insurance partners for mortgage insurance products. Must be agreed to in writing.
1-2-Free! - This incentive helps us grow out GPG family by having our clients refer us more business. We will reimburse the GPG side of the commissions on your purchase back to you in the amount of $1000 for the first new client you send us that does a transaction with GPG, $1500 for the second client you send us that does a transaction with the GPG and $5000 of the GPG side of the commissions back to you for a third client!
*Terms & Conditions: Rebate applies to the Greater Property Group portion of the commission and is capped at a maximum of $5,000 per purchase. Commissions offered to co-operating brokerages are decided by the sellers and separate from the 1-2-FREE program. Applies to new Greater Property Group clients only.
GPG Moving Bundle Incentive- is a $1,000 cash back incentive to either buyer or seller client that is used towards the costs of moving. This can include: legal fees, RPR, mover expenses, packing supplies, last minute repairs and touch ups, move-in/out cleaning, utility hook ups, change of address with Canada Post, travel costs, etc.
*Terms & Conditions: Cannot be combined with other Greater Property Group cash back offers. For sellers and listings the listing commission must be minimum GPG commission of 7% on the 1st $100,000 & 3.5% on balance of sale price + $395 transaction fee. Must be agreed to in writing.

1-2-FREE Program - We are on a mission to grow the GPG Family and to thank you for your referrals we will reduce the GPG side of the commissions on your listing by 25% for the first new client you send us that does a transaction with the GPG. We will increase that reduction to 50% of the GPG side of the commissions for the second client you send us that does a transaction with the GPG. If you send us a third, separate client that does a transaction with our team, we will reduce the GPG side of the commissions by 100%! That makes our fee: 1-2-FREE!
*Terms & Conditions: Discount / rebate / reduction applies to the Greater Property Group portion of the listing contract commission and is capped at a maximum of $15,000 per listing.
